1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • You received a defective product, or

  • You received the wrong item or wrong size

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered by customer

  • Used, damaged, or altered items after delivery


2. Return Request Window

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Condition for Return

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

  3. Our team will verify the request and approve eligible cases.

  4. We will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item based on your location.


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or UPI.


6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Items damaged due to customer handling


7. Replacement (If Applicable)

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we can send the correct item after verifying the returned productโ€™s condition.
